Our residents are only responsible for cable or internet services.  WC Smith will handle everything else!  All utilities are included.

Yes!  There is a Walmart Supercenter right across the street.  It's located at 310 Riggs Rd NE, Washington, DC 20011.  There is also a Giant Food a half a mile away at 5815 Eastern Ave NE, Hyattsville, MD 20782.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at Chillum Place.
